Summer 2012 Registration

open to current students/siblings – begins Thursday, February 2, 2012

open to the general public – begins Tuesday, February 14, 2012

Registration Fee is $10 per child

●         Summer session is open to all children who turned 1 year before September 30^th, 2011 (currently in our Toddler 1 class) through those who will be entering Kindergarten in August 2012.  Students remain in the same classroom through the summer session and will promote up to their new classes in August. Space is limited, as there is only one class per age group (Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Preschool 3 and PreK).

●         Summer Session Dates and Fees: ****new information****

This year, we will offer six weeks of Summer Session, due to the way the dates fall.  Summer session will meet June 5-6, June 19-20, June 26-27, July 3, July 10-11 and July 17-18. There will be NO MDO/Preschool the week of June 11-15 due to BHBC’s Vacation Bible School.  We will also observe Independence Day on July 4th SUMMER MDO & PRESCHOOL MEETS ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ONLY!

 

The fee for the Summer Session is $180 for 2 days a week or $90 for one day a week. (this pays for your entire summer and is a decrease from last year due to the July Holiday)

 

●         All students have the option of 1 or 2 days during the summer session, and we do not prorate tuition for the summer months.

●         All Summer 2012 tuition fees will be due by May 18, 2012.  If your payment is not made by this date, your spot will be forfeited.

 

Fall/Spring '12 - '13 Registration

open to current students/siblings – begins Thursday, February 23, 2012

open to the general public – begins Thursday, March 6, 2012

Registration Fee is $40 per child

 

●         Fall/Spring session is open to all children who will be one year old by September 30, 2012 through PreK.  No exceptions will be made for younger children at this time.

●         Fall/Spring tuition will NOT increase this year.  Tuition for MDO (Toddler 1 and 2) will be $63/month for 1 day a week and $115/month for 2 days a week. Tuition for Preschool classes (Preschool 3 and PreK) will be $110 a month (no 1 day or 3 day option).  We do not prorate tuition for holidays or days missed due to illness, vacation, etc.

 

●         Our days offered are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  You may choose whichever days work best, but children may not attend 3 days a week. 

 

●         If you would like to request a certain teacher for your child, you must do so in writing and attach your request to your registration paperwork.  I will do my best to honor all requests, but please know that I have your child's best interest at heart when making classroom assignments.

 

●         August 2012 and May 2013 tution payments are due on Friday, August 10^th

•   ^{If August 2012 and May 2013 payments are not made in a timely manner and the director has not been notified of any outstanding issues, your child(ren)'s spots will be forfeited on August 10th.  This payment can be made in person or through the mail.}

 

 

        ****VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION****

All registration is on a first come, first served basis.  A deposit MUST be paid on the day you register. A packet has been sent home with each child currently enrolled and a table with ready-made registration packets will be set up in the hallway so that you may take a packet and fill out your paperwork when it is most convenient for you.
